Kevron Group CBT Platform — Effective: 17 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Kevron CBT Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be registered by an authorised Kevron administrator or corporate client to use this platform. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: share your login credentials; attempt to access another candidate's account; use automated tools, AI assistance, or external resources during exams (unless explicitly permitted); attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the platform; impersonate another candidate or staff member.
4. Intellectual Property
All exam questions, test materials, results, certificates and platform content are the intellectual property of Kevron Group and/or our clients. You may not copy, distribute, or disclose exam content.
5. Platform Availability
We strive for 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Kevron Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or the loss of exam data due to factors beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.
